Please don’t dwell on MJ’s appearance. He can’t help it. First of all, he had that burn incident, then he had lupus and vitiligo which drastically changed his appearance. Plus, the aging process. We cannot be young and beautiful forever. MJ had suffered enough, not only physically but also emotionally from media smear campaigns. As MJ said: “Before you judge me, try hard to love me.”

MJ was always shy. He was also overwhelmed and touched by the warm reception of the audience – you can hear them screaming the whole time. That’s why he had to pause everytime and acknowledge the audience.

I thought the whole thing was wonderful from start to finish.
One thing I didn’t understand was why the dude was clutching on to the award, instead of presenting it to M.J? It’s almost as if, he was offerring it to him…maybe he got nervous? lol.

What an introduction! It’s so sad to realise he died just 10 years later , he was only 40 years old here. We love mj, but sadly God loves you more. Adieu my Friend, rest in Peace
