Ghost Pepper (Bhut Jolokia or Naga Jolokia) Bowling Challenge with Brandon Allred & Joel Reynoso of K&K Bowling Services. Rules of the challenge: 2 bowlers eat one whole ghost chili pepper by chewing thoroughly. After consuming the pepper they must wait 30 seconds before starting to bowl. They must bowl 3 consecutive strikes to get a drink of milk. First bowler to bowl 3 consecutive strikes and reach the milk – WINS!!! The Bhut Jolokia or naga Jolokia – also known as the GHOST CHILI was rated the hottest pepper in the world in 2007 by Guinness World Records. The ghost chili pepper is 401.5 times hotter than Tabasco Sauce and over 4 times hotter than a Scotch Bonnet Habanero. In the famous words of Joel Reynoso “this pepper ain’t no joke”. In the famous words of Brandon Allred “that was the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life”. Joel Reynoso eats Ghost Chili Pepper Wings at a local pub quite frequently. Brandon was not quite sure what he was about to endure. But Brandon was a trooper and kept on bowling even after what you are about to see in this video! Nice challenge and good job Brandon and Joel! Thanks to all the K&K staff and customers that showed up! Special thanks to Orleans Casino Bowling Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Also thanks to Joe Corral and Billy Long. The video is a bit long, but feel free to skip forward and back. I received mixed emotions on what we should keep and what we should cut out – so it’s all there for your enjoyment! Additional footage
